What this notice covers

This notice explains how OKA Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 680 722 025), trading as OKA Australia, collects and handles personal information through the OKA Investor Centre and the Investor Data Room.

What we collect

When you request access we collect your name, email address, telephone number and LinkedIn profile. When you are granted access we collect your account details, the entity you tell us you represent and your role in it, your acceptance of the Data Room Access Terms and the version accepted, and a record of the documents you view or download, the pages you visit and the time spent on them.

Where you send us a question through the data room, we collect that question and our answer.

Why we collect it

We use this information to decide whether to grant access, to administer and secure the data room, to keep a record of confidentiality acceptances, to understand investor interest and to respond to your questions. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with our directors and staff who need it, our professional advisers, and the service providers who host this site, our database and our email delivery. Some of those providers may store or process information outside Australia. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Keeping and correcting it

We keep acceptance and access records for as long as needed for security, compliance and legal purposes. You may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by writing to info@okaaustralia.com. You may also complain to us at that address, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.
